Have you taken your disappointments to God? You’ve shared
them with your neighbor, your relatives, your friends. But have you
taken them to God?

Before you go anywhere else with your disappointments, go to God.

Dear Lord,
Invade my mind, my heart and soul.
Cleanse my body and make me whole.
Lead me through all paths ahead,
Protect me as I forward tread.
Your strength I need from day to day;
Teach me words that are right to say.
May I behold the needs of those around,
That they your love will have found.
Give me understanding in times of trouble;
With you beside me, all blessings double.
I thank you, Lord, for past protection
When, in need, I have found your direction.
O Father God, my Lord, I humbly pray
That I may continually walk in your way.
